RECENSIONE DI CATELLO MASULLO: Sedicesimo episodio di una serie di Cinema Verticale, ciascuno girato in una importante città del mondo. Città di Panama per la specie, mostrata nel suo splendore di cartolina. Il film Nonostante una confezione molto patinata, presente difficoltà di ascolto per i dialoghi originali in inglese, sia perché disturbati dal rumore del vento nelle riprese esterne, sia perché soverchiati dalle musiche aggiunte, con un volume un po’ alto. Si tratta di un film a tesi, che vuole dimostrare come la integrità e la fede nei propri valori sia alla fine sempre vincente nelle scelte importanti della vita lavorativa. Lo stesso risultato sarebbe stato raggiunto probabilmente con maggiore efficacia in un’opera impostata come film a tema, certamente con maggiore interesse per lo spettatore. Le interpretazioni sono buone, per quanto forzate dalla impostazione manichea del plot.
